Based on this CellFusion was founded in the heart of the Silicon Valley, California, USA in 1999. First focus had been US manufacturing companies. However, due to high demand on the Mexican & Latin American market, and long business relationships to automotive OEM and suppliers in Mexico business was established in Mexico from 2001. Between 1999 and 2003 CellFusion sales exclusively focused on manufacturers in North America and the implementation of Value Stream Technology solutions. From 2003 CellFusion expanded its business focus to Europe, answering a new driving high demand specifically of companies with ERP/ SAP implementations and Lean Manufacturing requirements in their manufacturing plants. The trend experienced in Europe has been forming a new strategy 'CellFusion Lean Enterprise Solutions' the real vertical integration of business solutions: ERP and Lean. For years we have been working with innovative clients, developing advanced solutions for Lean Manufacturing and Lean Management in order to react faster to changing customer demand and needs, and to turn product innovation significantly faster into streamlined lean manufacturing operations.
